Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Operations & Business Development Manager in Security & Manpower field to help us expand our clientele. to oversee our company’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Field Officer, optimizing processes, and driving business growth and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.               

Duties

– Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency
– Lead and supervise a team to achieve operational goals
– Drive business development initiatives to meet targets
– Client satisfaction
– Implement strategies for improvement in Security & manpower field.
– Identify areas for business improvement and implement solutions

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

Requirements

– Proven experience in strategic planning, leadership, business development, and supervising in Security & Manpower Field only.
– Strong Security & Manpower management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in attending tender meetings & applying tender
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA/ Masters in business administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
